A leading professional services firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate in the Finance Qualifications team. The role involves managing the delivery of professional training programs, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring a high quality of service. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of experience in education or training operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Flexibility to support evening and weekend classes is also required.

As a Senior Associate in the Finance Qualifications team, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end operations and client servicing of professional training programs, including ACCA, CMA, CFA, Diploma in IFRS, and other finance-related courses. You will be responsible for coordinating trainers, supporting students, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining seamless operational execution for both corporate clients (B2B) and individual learners (B2C).
