Job summary

A leading manpower management firm is seeking a skilled PVC Fabricator to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will have over 2 years of experience in fabricating plastic pipes and fittings and must be able to adhere to safety guidelines while working on-site. Responsibilities include cutting, welding, and assembling various components according to specifications. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant fabrication work experience preferably with plastic pipes and fittings in construction or manufacturing.
• Fabrication works experience in plastic pipes and fittings environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting all pipes, fittings and sheets in required angle and alignment.
• Responsible for gluing/jointing cleaning of various components in fabrication process.
• Do the welding using PVC/HOPE welding rod.
• Perform additional functions incidental to data entry activities knowledge to understand the Isometric drawings spool shapes and functions.
• Perform GRP lamination work as per required specification on fabricated fittings and spools.
• Perform joint work on site.
• Adheres to HSE guidelines.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Build-up of all epoxy & ISO resin flanges with experience in handling GRP adhesives.
• Experience in GRP pipe fittings and baskets cutting & grinding activities.
