Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator who will support the Purchasing Supervisor and ensure smooth operations in the department, procuring quality products at competitive prices.

You will handle purchase requests, perform market research, coordinate with departments, and prepare reports, helping to maintain optimal stock levels while upholding Hilton's service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum one year purchasing/procurement experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

The Following Capabilities And Qualifications Would Be Advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with purchasing and inventory management systems.
• Good understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier coordination, market research, and inventory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
