Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for all catering-related items, including food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and equipment
• Source and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast purchasing needs
• Ensure all purchases comply with health and safety regulations
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier performance
• Work closely with kitchen staff and operations to understand and fulfill their needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed buying decisions
• Research new products and technologies to improve the overall purchasing process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry (5-10 years)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
