Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pump specifications and select equipment per project.
• Review drawings to determine scope, quantities and installation needs.
• Develop cost estimates from materials, labor, and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for inputs and quotes.
• Prepare technical docs, compliance reports, and project proposals.
• Support sales with quotations, orders, and project documents.
