We (Baxter Kidney Care) are looking for a trusted and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) & HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This is not just an administrative role; it is a critical gatekeeper of our employee relations and compliance processes ensuring that everything we do meets local regulatory requirements while supporting a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support government relations contract formalities, Workday system updates, HR letters, leave tracking and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Manage tasks independently and with accountability.
  • Coordinate Emirati relations support Emiratization goals and reinforce commitment to national development and compliance.
  • Handle all government transactions including new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, ID cards, Emirates ID and medical fitness processes.
  • Maintain strong working relations with all government entities (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, Ministry of Interior).
  • Ensure timely execution of all legal formalities and documents.
  • Compliance with UAE labor laws, contracts and legal documentation.
  • Prepare and manage employee contracts, onboarding and offboarding documents.
  • Provide HR administrative support: draft/send HR letters, salary certificates, experience letters, NOCs.
  • Provide government documentation for internal audits and compliance.
  • Workday HRIS Management: manage employee records, data updates, uploads and accuracy checks.
  • Support Emirati employee initiatives: main point of contact for Emiratization initiatives, offer letters, onboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance at every step.
  • Take ownership of time priorities and tasks independently.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a PRO / Government Relations / HR Admin role in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws & visa procedures.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Administration or related field.
