About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will ensure that all public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of a 5-star property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and entrances.

  • Ensure all public areas are tidy, fresh, and well-presented at all times.

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

  • Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand towels, and amenities in public restrooms.

  • Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with hotel policies.

  • Support the housekeeping team during peak operations or special events.

  • Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests professionally.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
