Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere across the hotel’s public areas. You will ensure a spotless environment and support exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms and public spaces according to procedures.
• Perform room attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms.
• Provide turndown service for guests.
• Identify opportunities to personalize the service for each guest.
• Complete tasks assigned by Housekeeping leadership.

About the role

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of all public areas of the hotel. This role ensures that every guest encounters a spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained environment at all times. The Public Area Attendant plays an essential role in supporting the hotel’s reputation for exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.

What you bring:

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
