Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a COE PTP Specialist to provide Accounts Payable and Payroll support for hotels under the UAE COE. Role reports to the COE PTP Supervisor and focuses on posting invoices, payroll processing, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has strong English, accounting knowledge, and comfort with Navision, Oasys, and Excel. No direct reports; join a global hospitality leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AP invoices are posted correctly for COE-managed hotels.
• Run supplier payments and verify information.
• Reconcile supplier statements of account.
• Collaborate with hotel HR/Finance to run monthly payroll.
• Distribute payroll reports to hotels.
• Calculate final settlements for hotel Team Members.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for AP and Payroll.
• Answer hotel queries on AP and Payroll.
• Take on additional tasks to ensure SSC efficiency.

The COE PTP Specialist is responsible for providing Accounts Payable and Payroll support to hotels that are supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE).

The role reports to the COE PTP Supervisor.

Position Summary

• Ensuring that AP invoices are correctly posted for hotels supported by the COE
• Running supplier payment runs and checking supporting information
• Performing reconciliations to supplier statements of account
• Working with hotel HR and Finance teams to run hotel monthly payroll
• Checking and distributing monthly payroll reports to hotels
• Calculating final settlements for hotel Team Members
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts
• Answering hotel queries for Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned to ensure effective operations of the SSC

• Systems knowledge, in particular Navision, Oasys and Excel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school graduate

• Education: University graduate and/or accounting qualification
• Minimum Years of Experience: Years each in Accounts Payable and Payroll
