Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Experience with SPSS or R.
• Experience with Qualtrics.
• Strong engagement with the PIPES Lab research agenda.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and research ethics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design research protocols and experimental scripts.
• Collect human-subjects data in lab and online settings.
• Clean, organize and analyze data using SPSS, R, or related tools.
• Conduct literature reviews and support manuscripts.
• Contribute to publications with potential co-authorship.
• Develop research directions within the PIPES Lab as independence increases.
• Prepare and oversee IRB protocols.
• Ensure lab practices meet ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor adherence to open science practices.
• Coordinate and participate in lab meetings and conferences.
• Manage research projects and track milestones.
• Support internal/external reporting of lab activities.
• Assist with hiring and supervising undergraduate researchers.
