Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Psychology lessons for middle and high school students following ICSE and IB curriculum frameworks
• Design inquiry‑based lessons that promote critical thinking, behavioural analysis, and independent research
• Teach psychological theories, research methods, ethical practices, and real‑world behavioural science applications
• Guide students through case studies, academic discussions, and practical exploration of psychological concepts
• Provide personalized academic feedback and mentoring to strengthen student understanding and performance
• Foster ethical reasoning, emotional awareness, and reflective learning within the classroom environment
• Support adolescent wellbeing through counselling awareness and collaboration with student support teams
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and school leadership on student welfare strategies and academic progress
• Collaborate across departments to integrate psychology principles into interdisciplinary learning opportunities
• Stay updated with current developments in psychology education and counselling practices through continuous professional learning

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related academic field
• Recognized teaching certification or teaching licence in Psychology or a relevant teaching subject
• Certification or diploma in School Counselling or Guidance is strongly preferred
• Previous experience teaching Psychology within ICSE and or IB curriculum environments
• Experience working as a school counsellor is considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of psychological theories, counselling techniques, research methods, and ethical standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong mentoring abilities
