Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Dubai to join a multidisciplinary mental health team. The role involves psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and structured case management for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to promote patient stability and safety while ensuring compliant documentation and care planning. DHA/DOH licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited institution and licensure eligibility.
• 2–5 years clinical experience in hospital, psychiatric, or community mental health.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Psychosocial Assessments — Conduct detailed assessments covering mental health status, cognitive functioning, family dynamics, and environmental stressors.
• Therapeutic Interventions — Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based modalities.
• Crisis Intervention — Deliver rapid risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning for patients in acute distress or behavioral emergencies.
• Case Management — Coordinate care plans, connect patients with community resources, support families with social services, insurance navigation, and transition planning.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration — Participate in meetings with psychiatrists, physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff to ensure holistic care.
• Documentation & Compliance — Maintain accurate clinical documentation including assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans aligned with regulatory standards.

• Clinical Skills — Strong knowledge of DSM?5 diagnostics, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and evidence?based therapeutic frameworks.
