Job summary

ProSnagging Property Inspections, based in Dubai, seeks a full-time inspector to own inspections end-to-end for apartments, villas and townhouses. You will perform on-site walkthroughs, document defects with photos, input findings into reports, and present results to clients on site.

You will use thermal imaging, moisture and sound meters, and endoscopic cameras, delivering clear reports within determined timelines. UAE driving license and InterNACHI certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in UAE in property inspection or QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of building finishes and systems; defect detection.
• Fluent written English; reports must be clear and professional.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Dubai.
• InterNACHI certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full snagging inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses — civil/finishes and visual MEP.
• Operate inspection equipment: thermal camera, moisture meter, sound level meter, endoscopic camera.
• Identify and document defects — structural, finishing, functional, safety, and cosmetic — with clear photos and precise location references.
• Classify every finding by severity and organize reports by room/location using our reporting system.
• Deliver accurate, well‑written reports within the promised turnaround time.
• Explain findings to clients on site and answer their questions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain and care for inspection equipment; flag calibration or replacement needs. Contribute to improving our inspection checklists and reporting process as we grow.

ProSnagging Property Inspections is an independent, buyer-side property snagging company based in Dubai. We work exclusively for homeowners, buyers, and investors which means our reports are unbiased and our job is to protect the client’s investment before handover.

We inspect newly handed-over apartments, villas, and townhouses using professional equipment and deliver clear, structured, action-ready reports. As we scale into Dubai’s record property-handover pipeline, we’re hiring a full-time inspector to own inspections end-to‑end.

The Role:

You’ll run property snagging inspections from start to finish. This includes arriving on site, conducting a thorough visual and instrument-assisted walkthrough, documenting every defect with photos and videos and severity ratings, inputting findings into our report generator, and representing ProSnagging professionally to clients on site. This is a hands‑on, mobile role for someone who takes pride in catching what others miss.

• Conduct full snagging inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses — civil/finishes and visual MEP (electrical fittings, plumbing fixtures, HVAC output, drainage).
• Operate inspection equipment: thermal camera, moisture meter, sound level meter, endoscopic camera, and many more.
• Identify and document defects — structural, finishing, functional, safety, and cosmetic — with clear photos and precise location references.
• Classify every finding by severity and organize reports by room/location using our reporting system.
• Deliver accurate, well‑written reports within the promised turnaround time.
• Explain findings to clients on site and answer their questions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain and care for inspection equipment; flag calibration or replacement needs.Contribute to improving our inspection checklists and reporting process as we grow.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience in property inspection, snagging, QA/QC, site engineering, or building/construction quality control in the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of construction finishes and building systems, with a sharp eye for defects.
• Confident written English — reports must be clear, professional, and error‑free.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to sites daily across Dubai.
• Valid InterNACHI certification.
• Comfortable using inspection tools and a smartphone/tablet.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
