Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive offplan property sales through client outreach networking and targeted marketing.
  • Present project portfolios highlighting investment potential and ROI.
  • Manage sales processes from initial inquiry to deal closure.
  • Stay informed on market trends new launches and developer incentives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in offplan property sales in Dubai.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Targetdriven selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
  • RERA certification (required or willing to obtain).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and property databases.
