Role Description

The Property Consultant – Huspy – Abu Dhabi is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and renting processes, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and financing options. The Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, manage client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to leverage Huspy’s technology platform and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• Strong consulting abilities, with experience advising clients on property selection, investment options, and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
