Tanami Properties in Dubai seeks a motivated Property Advisor for the Secondary Market with UAE experience to connect clients with upcoming projects and guide investments in off-plan purchases.

You will develop relationships with investors and end-users, present project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends, and actively generate leads through campaigns, referrals, and networking. Dubai-based team and lucrative commission offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary sales in Dubai is preferred.
• Ability to explain project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• English language mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
