The role requires proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred), an investment mindset, and the ability to self-generate business.

Qualifications

Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
Luxury property experience preferred.
Self-generating business capability.
Strong market knowledge and investment mindset.
English language mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell ready properties directly.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end-users and developer sales teams.
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
