Job summary

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking an Entry-Level Property Advisor to help clients rent premium properties in Dubai. You’ll join a global luxury real estate brand, receive full training and mentorship, and work within a commission-driven structure.

The role offers tax-free earnings through uncapped commissions and abundant market exposure, with support to develop from day one in Dubai’s high-end lettings market.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, target-driven and financially motivated.
• Confident, resilient, and positive under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable with high activity levels (calls, meetings, viewings).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on renting premium and luxury properties in Dubai

Your Role

• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Requirements

• Aged 21+
• Valid driving licence (or currently working towards one)
• Willing to relocate to Dubai (if not already based here)
• Able to financially support yourself during the initial months
