Job summary

MIND GROWTH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING L.L.C is seeking a Prop Firm Risk Analyst to monitor trader activity and assess risk across accounts. The role focuses on identifying high-risk patterns and ensuring adherence to risk policies to protect capital and sustain trading operations.

You will work with Operations, Compliance and Management to develop and improve risk controls, documenting incidents and generating regular risk reports. Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Forex broker or Prop Trading Firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management in financial markets and trading risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze trader activity and trading behaviour daily.
• Identify high-risk or abusive trading patterns.
• Review risk exposure across accounts and instruments.
• Assess drawdowns, losses, and overall account performance.
• Ensure compliance with trading rules and risk policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly risk reports.
• Provide insights to improve risk management framework.
