Dautom is seeking a Kiosk Promoter responsible for lead generation at DWTC. The ideal candidate will engage walk-in customers, manage kiosk operations, and generate sales reports. We plan to engage an agency to provide Kiosk Promoter x 1 who will be responsible primarily for managing our kiosk at DWTC to capture leads from walk-in customers.
Role:
Engaging potential customers and driving sales enquiries.
Agency should have previous experience in providing promoters for exhibitions in malls, dwtc etc.
Agency should provide replacement for any candidate who may not continue.
Promoter should have previous experience in managing B2B brands. Experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.
Duties:
Collection of business cards, submission of data on RAKEZ provided Ipad to SalesForce
Generate weekly report of leads submission and manage the kiosk screen content (remotely managed from HQ) in coordination with the staff
Work as single point of contact between RAKEZ and DWTC for any operational needs
Personality traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of the products/services being promoted.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
