Job summary

Abu Alnaga Construction – Abu Alnaga Group is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to deliver large-scale projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record in leading construction programs, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management. UAE-based candidates preferred for on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in construction with multi-site project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects through all phases.
• Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare project performance reports for senior management.

Role Summary

Abu Alnaga Construction, a leading company within Abu Alnaga Group, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to join our growing team, delivering large‑scale projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects from inception to handover
• Strong leadership, project planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
• Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)
• PMP certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects throughout all phases
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Prepare regular project performance reports for senior management
