The company specializes in total turnkey interior fit‑out solutions for corporate offices, government offices, healthcare, hospitality, and retail shops. We are renowned for its innovative and creative office and workspace designs, always aiming to deliver high‑end sustainable projects on time and within budget.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role in Abu Dhabi for a Project Tender Proposal Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, managing, and writing proposal responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals). This role requires close collaboration with various teams to gather necessary information, ensuring that all proposals meet established guidelines and deadlines. The coordinator will also facilitate proposal reviews and revisions to ensure the highest quality submissions.

Only candidates with proven experience in interior fit out industry handling the tender/bid submissions via portals shall be considered for an interview.

A Tender Proposal Coordinator is a professional who manages and facilitates the creation of bids and proposals in response to requests for tenders (RFPs, ITTs, etc.). They ensure that proposals are well‑organized, compliant with requirements, and submitted on time. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the Proposal Process: Managing timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion of all proposal components.
  • Content Development: Gathering information, preparing sections of the proposal, compiling the different sections of the proposal and ensuring consistency and accuracy of content.
  • Document Management: Implementing version control, maintaining organized files, and ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the proposal meets all requirements of the tender, including technical specifications, pricing, and formatting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Working with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales teams, and management, to gather information and feedback.
  • Submission: Preparing and submitting the final proposal package according to the tender guidelines mainly via government portals or as hard/soft copy.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise proposal writing and stakeholder communication.
