Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of their prestigious clients for mixed use projects.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Specialized in PostContract Cost Consultancy services the ideal candidate will have experience in large early / enabling works contracts.
  • Experience working within a team of professionals delivering postcontract cost management and consultancy with the client the supervision consultant and contractor.
  • Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement assessment and agreement of variations payment certificates final accounts and cost reporting.
  • Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
  • Assist in benchmarking data collection internal reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or other Construction related field.
  • Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC
Experience
  • 5 years minimum post graduate experience
  • 5 years in the Middle East
  • 3 years relevant experience
