Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Support Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Support the development of the yearly budget and business plan.
- Coordinate daily with Tendering and Engineering departments.
- Prepare weekly time and cost reports for management review.
- Maintain daily control logs for report reviews.
- Prepare performance tracker summaries for dashboards.
- Maintain detailed manpower and equipment projections.
- Follow up with Tendering and Project Controls departments.
- Assist in improving automation in web applications.
- Support process development initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Support Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Support the development of the yearly budget and business plan for NMDC D&M by gathering relevant inputs from Tendering, Project Controls, Finance, and other departments.
- Coordinate daily with Tendering, Project Controls, and Engineering departments to address departmental and internal management requirements.
- Prepare and maintain weekly time and cost reports for management review.
- Prepare and maintain daily control logs for recommendation report reviews and approvals, tracking each approval individually.
- Prepare and maintain performance tracker summaries from the project management tool for web applications and dashboards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed manpower and equipment projections for the NMDC D&M business unit.
- Follow up regularly with Tendering and Project Controls departments to ensure departmental dashboards are current.
- Assist the Project Support Manager in improving automation in web applications and dashboards.
- Support process development and innovation initiatives led by the Project Support Manager.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Project Support Manager.
Qualification and Experience
