Key Responsibilities
- Project Sourcing & Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify upcoming construction, fit‑out, and renovation projects across the UAE that require high‑end architectural lighting solutions.
- Business Development: Develop and nurture a strong network of contacts, including architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, MEP contractors, and project developers.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and attend meetings with key decision‑makers to present Lucce's brand, product portfolio, and project capabilities. Effectively communicate the technical and aesthetic benefits of our lighting solutions.
- Sales & Quotations: Understand client requirements, prepare detailed and competitive quotations, and negotiate contract terms to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Technical Consultation: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant to clients, providing technical information, product recommendations, and lighting design input to meet project specifications.
- On-site Support & Project Coordination: Visit project sites to support installation teams, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that the lighting solutions are implemented correctly and meet the client's expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies within the LED lighting market to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project pipelines, and client interactions using a CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in a project sales role, preferably within the architectural lighting, building materials, or interior fit‑out industry in the UAE.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the Dubai A&D (Architecture & Design) and construction community is highly advantageous.
- Technical aptitude and a keen interest in lighting technology and design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality for new business.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
