Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to position products in commercial and residential construction projects.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert project-based sales opportunities across segments like hospitality, private, and high-end residential developments.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demos to decision-makers and influencers.
  • Engage and manage tender submissions of significant construction projects.
  • Collaborate with internal design, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and installation support.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and upcoming real estate developments in Dubai and across the UAE.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly reporting to sales leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction materials, interior finishes, or architectural solutions.
  • Strong project selling skills and ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of UAE construction landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
