Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, QS or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE construction experience.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and quantity surveying software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation including BOQs.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Estimation to ensure accurate project cost data.
• Monitor progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
• Track expenditures and support cash flow forecasting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation, including BOQs.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the Estimation Department to ensure accurate project cost data.
• Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
• Track project expenditures and support cost forecasting and cash flow management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims and variations.
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial and contractual administration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
