Job summary

A leading logistics firm in the UAE is looking for an advisor to support the PAC Deputy Director and leadership team on manpower projects. Candidates should have at least 10 years of project management experience, preferably with a military background. A Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required, along with a PMP certification. Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Operations, Business, Administration, or Management.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Relevant operations-related certifications obtained during career development are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise the PAC Deputy Director and senior leadership team on manpower projects.
• Collaborate with manpower service providers to serve PAC's interests.
• Act as the key action officer for all manpower-related projects.

Job description

Serves as the advisor for the PAC Deputy Director and senior leadership team for ALL PAC contracted manpower. Works closely with the Manpower service provider(s) in support of the best interests of the PAC. Serve as the key staff action officer for all manpower related projects.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university/college, preferably in Operations, Business, Administration, or Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Related operations certificates obtained during career development

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing projects in a relevant field
• Military background preferred – minimum 8 years of service as an officer
• Strong computer skills – expert level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software

Language Skills

• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking), with strong understanding of military aviation and operational terminology
• Arabic language skills preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures
