Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager – Swimming Pool & Landscaping to lead, plan, and manage all aspects of swimming pool and landscaping projects — from concept to handover.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and a proven record in delivering high‑end outdoor projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete project lifecycle — planning, execution, and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement timelines.
• Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements prior to execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards.
• Manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve daily operational targets.
• Resolve technical challenges related to civil, structural, mechanical, and MEP integration for pools and landscapes.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of:
  • Swimming pool structures, waterproofing, and finishes
  • Filtration, MEP systems, pumps, and controls
  • Softscape and hardscape elements
  • Irrigation and drainage networks
  • Lighting, water features, pergolas, paving, and outdoor design elements
• Track quantities, costs, and BOQ validations to ensure budget control.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, updates, and meeting minutes for management and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Landscape Engineering.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in swimming pool and landscaping project management (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Strong expertise in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, and MEP systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of landscaping materials, soft/hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant project management tools.
