Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Supervise fit-out and maintenance works for stores, offices, and hospitality units.
- Manage new branch openings from design to handover.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor costs, implement value engineering, and report progress to management.
