We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion and leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful delivery of all project objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to motivate a team and prioritize tasks effectively is essential in this role. You should also have a good understanding of project management principles and methods, as well as experience delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Project Manager will be expected to:

• Lead the development of project plans and track progress against these plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage workflows, resources, budgets and timelines
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member
• Monitor progress against goals, elevate issues when necessary, remove roadblocks and provide support to the team
• Develop reports, presentations, documentation and metrics for internal stakeholders

To be considered for this position you must have a bachelor’s degree in business management or another related field as a minimum requirement. A master’s degree would be advantageous. You must also demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience managing large scale projects valued at over $1 million USD preferred.
