Job Description
- Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and PMC. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality and integrity.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met. Generate and present detailed status reports, financial reports, and performance metrics and ensure accurate and thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.

Qualifications
- Open to Asian nationalities, Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or in any related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with proven track record of managing large-scale residential high rise projects from inception to completion.
- Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process particularly off plan projects.
