Job summary

The Project Manager will join the Marketing team to lead and coordinate real estate development projects in the Georgian market. This office-based role requires you to manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and oversee everything from website updates to printed collateral.

The position is full-time with a Monday-Saturday schedule, based in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall, offering visa sponsorship and medical insurance as part of the benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.
• Fluent English and Georgian (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects for the Georgian market.
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets (websites, marketing materials, printed collateral).
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our Marketing team to lead and coordinate our real estate development projects for the Georgian market.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and overseeing everything related to the project-from website updates and marketing materials to printed collateral and day-to-day operational tasks.

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate our construction projects for the Georgian market
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issuesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management
• Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience coordinating digital, marketing, or cross-functional projects is a plus
