Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead E&I and Telecom Projects professional to drive complex offshore initiatives from kickoff to closeout. You will define scope, plan and execute with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in engineering, with at least 5 years in ADNOC offshore, and prefers Oil & Gas Brownfield experience.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Experience: 20+ years with at least 5 years in ADNOC offshore.
• Preferred: Oil & Gas, Offshore/Onshore, Brownfield experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&I and Telecom projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure timely completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, commissioning.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report progress to client and management; raise clarifications and deviations.
• Attend meetings, FAT, SAT and provide commissioning assistance.
• Assist Tender Team when required.

Job description

• Lead E&I, Telecom Projects.

• Handling the project from kick off to project closes out.

• Responsible for Project execution and timely completion of project as per project schedule and within the budget allocated.

• Able to handle multiple projects and adequate team members.

• Plan and implement projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

• Effectively manage project budget and resource allocation.

• Facilitate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

• Report on Project Progress and elevate issues to Client & Management

• Day to day correspondence with Client, Vendor, Site etc.

• Monitor Day to Day project activities.

• Review of Scope of Works & related engineering documents

• Raise Clarification & Deviations.

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, civil and commissioning team.

• Attend Meetings, FAT, SAT as and when necessary.
