A leading technology solutions provider in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Core Banking. The role involves managing multiple projects and ensuring effective coordination between business teams and IT vendors. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience, and a PMP certification. Strong skills in stakeholder management and problem-solving are essential. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

Job description

We are currently looking for Project Manager - Core Banking for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role

PMP certificate is a strong advantage or similar project certificate

Previous experience working on Core Banking projects or similar large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives

Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies

Strong skills in stakeholder management coordination and conflict resolution

Proven ability to manage project documentation plans and governance processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in complex project environments

Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective coordination between business teams IT vendors and other stakeholders for Core Banking and related project streams

Develop maintain and monitor detailed project plans timelines and key milestones

Track progress of project activities and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks and deliverables

Facilitate regular meetings prepare minutes of meetings and ensure clear action items are documented and followed up

Identify risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolution

Drive alignment between technical teams and business requirements to ensure successful project outcomes

Maintain project documentation including plans reports status updates and governance records

Support validation testing coordination and quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet expectations

Monitor project performance and progress ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards
