Jupiter Power is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Projects and Substation Projects. You will be the CEO of your assigned projects, responsible for safety, scheduling, budget, contract management, and construction quality.
This office-based role requires travel to project sites and alignment with our return-to-office policy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and a PMP or OSHA 30 background is a plus.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for will manage utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Projects and Substation Projects. The Project Manager is the CEO of his or her assigned projects and in charge of Project Safety, Scheduling, the Project’s Budget, Contract Management, and Construction Quality conforming to Jupiter Power’s expectations. This role will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is subject to our Company’s return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. The Project Manager will not be site-based; however, he or she is expected to travel to project sites as often as it is required by the project’s needs.

This role is office-based with travel required to other Jupiter offices, remote worksites, and construction sites. Candidates will be required to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods of time, and must be able to lift up to ten pounds repetitively. Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background investigation and may be subject to drug tests as a condition of employment. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.
