Job summary

Требуется 10+ лет опыта, знание Agile и SaaS-платформ, а также способность вести кросс-функциональные мульти-локационные команды. Гибридный формат работы и возможность удалённой коммуникации.

Qualifications

• 10+ лет опыта управления средними и крупными проектами, желательно в коммерческих перевозчиках, MRO или OEM.
• PMP-сертификация будет плюсом.
• Знание методологий управления проектами ( Agile и традиционные подходы).
• Опыт интеграции систем и данных; владение SaaS-платформами.
• Умение общаться с стейкхолдерами на разных уровнях.
• Опыт руководства кросс-функциональными командами.

Responsibilities

• Контролировать весь жизненный цикл проекта, от инициации до закрытия, в рамках бюджета и объёма.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать планы проекта, ресурсы, сроки и риски.
• Руководить кросс-функциональными командами и несколькими локациями.
• Взаимодействовать со стейкхолдерами, регулярно информировать об итогах.
• Анализировать данные проекта, выявлять улучшения и применение лучших практик.
• Наставлять младших менеджеров проектов и развивать команду.
• Участвовать в совершенствовании методологий управления проектами.
• Управлять несколькими проектами одновременно, расставлять приоритеты.
• Выявлять и снижать риски и проблемы, влияющие на успех проекта.
• Обеспечивать согласование проекта с целями организации.
• Идентифицировать возможности для повышения эффективности и ценности для клиентов.

The Aerospace & Defense Global Delivery practice is responsible for delivering IFS Cloud implementation services and Success services to the six main sub-industries within A&D, which are, Airlines, Aviation Support Providers, MRO Providers, Manufacturers, Defence Contractors and Defence Forces. Our global team executes large and small projects as well as supports Success engagements. We rely on a team of experienced consultants and project managers who specialize in our solutions and our delivery processes. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, strategic projects that drive our company's growth and success.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Lead cross-functional and multiple-location teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance to achieve project objectives
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
• Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
• Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Proactively identifies and communicates opportunities and solutions to create efficiencies and values for customers

Proven experience (10+ years) in managing mid to large-scale projects, preferably in commerical carriers, MRO or OEM environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches Demonstrated experience in systems integration and data integration projects In-depth understanding of core corporate platforms, with a focus on SaaS solutions Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities and project demands Additional Information We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
