Job summary

A well-established safety surfacing company in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installations and manage site operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience in site engineering, particularly in construction and landscaping. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential, along with a valid UAE driver’s license. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team ensuring quality installations across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and liaising with contractors, engineers, architects etc.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze construction drawings.

Overview

Well established safety surfacing company with an international market presence. Our solutions are performance driven, design led to enhance playground, splash park and pool environments. We are looking for a project manager to take charge of post sales to project handover including logistics, planning and coordination of materials and people, site supervision and any technical onsite inquiries.

The Role

As part of a tight knit team, you’ll be a primary figure in ensuring smooth operations and quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage installations on site for our scopes of work.
• Supervise and support installation crew, warehouse staff and other office personnel.
• Ensure alignment and communication across teams and other functions.
• Review, interpret and apply design and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Provide technical guidance, trouble shooting and resolving onsite issues.
• Plan and coordinate site works including liaising with main contractors, sub-contractors and consultant.
• Coordinate inspections with relevant parties and handle the handover procedures.
