The Role
Staff Connect is looking for a Project Manager - Cards, Loyalty & ATM Projects. 10+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5 years in Banking IT experience is mandatory. The role requires relevant experience in project / people management and implementation using Waterfall & Agile methodologies, with end-to-end project implementation experience in Cards, ATM & Loyalty projects. The candidate should be expert in Scrum / Agile project management methodology and able to apply it effectively. A good understanding of the Cards, ATM & Loyalty eco-systems and knowledge of Cards products & ATM Platform is necessary.
Minimum five end-to-end project implementations in Cards, ATM & Loyalty with hands-on project management experience. Experience in leading Design, Development, and testing teams and with Service Lines. Techno-functional with ability to engage cross-functional teams, problem solve, and negotiate well. Strong capabilities in Scope, Time and Budget management with a delivery focus. Able to handle a minimum of 3-4 projects concurrently.
Hands-on experience as Project Manager across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure and risk management. Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Clarity). Strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels. Known for delivering high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timelines and budget targets.
Creates and executes project work plans with the team and closely monitors deliverables. Revises plans as needed to meet changing requirements. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and resolves challenges to enable timely delivery. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team. Works with minimal supervision and conducts steerco meetings with stakeholders. Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Provides status reports on project execution, challenges, risk and mitigation plans. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
