Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.

Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.

Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Open to Jordanian nationalities. Male, 30 to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or a related field; UAE experience preferred.
• Proven 3 years’ experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects. Demonstrates full-cycle project management expertise including layout & floor planning, pre-construction, project planning, design management, and financial oversight alongside strong on-site management, procurement and supplier coordination, site reporting and documentation, quality control, labor supervision, and knowledge of permit and authority approval procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills; ability to think critically and independently.
