Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee multiple fit‑out projects, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate contractors, sub‑contractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum and alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee all stages of project delivery—from mobilization to handover.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Contractor & Sub‑Contractor Management
- Manage main contractors, sub‑contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
- Review and approve work programs, progress reports, and payment certificates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Timeline & Budget Control
- Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines and cost parameters.
- Identify and mitigate project risks or delays proactively.
- Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Quality & Compliance
- Maintain strict quality control over workmanship and materials.
- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Provide regular progress updates and manage expectations.
- Support the business development team with project insights and technical inputs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within the fit‑out or construction industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of delivering luxury commercial or office fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of local authority procedures and approvals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
