• Prepare project cost estimates and monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets.
• Implement cost control measures and provide periodic financial updates to the Administration Manager.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, contracts, and handover documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports completion certificates.
