Job Details

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• PMP or IPMA Certification
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction supervision
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong skills in Project Management, Contract Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Cost Control, Cost Allocation, Lean Management, Budgeting, Reporting, and Planning
• Familiarity with Local Federal Authority Rules, Regulations, and Civil Engineering Codes
• Proficient in Electronic Document Management Systems like ACONEX or equivalent
• Experience with Project Management software platforms
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Basic understanding of infrastructure works
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of project-related information
• Uphold professional ethics and adhere to internal communication protocols
