Job Title: Project Manager – Building Leak Detection Projects

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (flexible)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee building leak detection and repair projects across Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage field operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure timely, high-quality project completion. This role requires a technically strong, organized professional with experience in leak detection, waterproofing, or MEP systems within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily leak detection, investigation, and repair operations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Manage project timelines, manpower allocation, materials procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all projects comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company quality procedures.
• Supervise and support technicians and site engineers, providing technical guidance and problem-solving on-site.
• Interpret building plans, waterproofing drawings, and MEP layouts to identify and address leakage sources.
• Communicate effectively with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and main contractors to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project costs, control budgets, and prepare daily progress and cost tracking reports.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support the technical team in preparing proposals, quotations, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building leak detection, waterproofing, or MEP project management.
• Proven track record in managing on‑site teams, coordinating multiple projects, and meeting client deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of building structures, waterproofing systems, plumbing layouts, and diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, moisture meters, pressure testing).
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and documentation requirements.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities in English; multilingual skills (e.g., Arabic or Hindi) are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
