Job summary

Tatweer Petroleum seeks an experienced business analyst to lead software project initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role requires defining scope, estimating resources, budgeting, and tracking costs, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, business analysis, and a minimum of 10 years in related roles within software firms, with fluency in Arabic. This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Arabic language is a must.
• +10 years’ experience in project/business analysis and software firms.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives for software projects.
• Predict resources and manage resources efficiently.
• Prepare budget based on scope and resources.
• Track costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and workplans.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor progress.
• Measure performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare operations and KPI reports and proposals.
