Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, with the ability to blend them appropriately for different projects and business environments.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies, including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP certification preferred.
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, Safe, Spotify, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
- Extensive experience managing Payment Services projects.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for Issuing and Acquiring projects.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and minutes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Support pilot initiatives within IT Production Operations.
- Coach multiple project teams using cross-functional project management best practices.
