Job summary

Emirates Investment Bank PJSC (EIBank) invites applications for its Emiratisation-driven training program designed for fresh graduates. The six-month Foundation to Certification journey includes project management training, mentoring, and international qualifications, leading to a full-time role.

Ideal candidates are UAE nationals with a family book, a bachelor’s degree, GPA 2.8+, and available from 2025 onwards; male candidates must have completed National Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; Banking/Finance preferred.
• GPA 2.8+; Graduates from 2025 onwards.
• Fresher or with less than 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project tracking and coordination across initiatives.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows and artefacts.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items and deliverables.
• Liaise with business, IT, operations, risk and compliance stakeholders.
• Support UAT, project implementation and post‑go‑live issue tracking.
• Contribute to change management activities such as communications and training.
