Job summary

Emirates Investment Bank PJSC in Dubai seeks entry-level Audit trainees through its Emiratisation program. The six-month program spans Foundation, Specialisation (Audit), and Certification phases, with a pathway to full-time employment and training through the Emirates Institute of Finance.

The program is designed to develop future banking professionals, supporting Emirati graduates to join the sector and progress in audit roles within the bank.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance preferred, or suitable major.
• GPA 2.7+ (or equivalent).
• Graduates from 2024 onwards.
• Fresher or with less than 1 year of experience.
• National Service must be completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit assignments according to the audit plan and suggest internal control improvements.
• Undertake planning and risk assessments for each audit to identify business and operational risks.
• Review and identify control weaknesses in credit, investment, IT risk and operational risk areas with process maps, risks and controls.
• Document internal audit findings during audit progress.
• Review risks relevant to the scope of the audit assignment.
• Review and identify regulatory gaps (CBUAE and other laws/regulations).
• Participate in ad hoc special assignments as required.
