Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide post-award estimation and commercial support across ongoing projects in Ras al-Khaimah (UAE). The role requires coordinating with Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to protect commercial interests and support cost management.

The ideal candidate will have aBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, 8+ years in estimation/variation management, and familiarity with E&I/MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project estimation, variation management or post-award commercial engineering.
• Experience in modular buildings, E-Houses, substations, industrial construction, EPC or Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience preparing detailed variation estimates, cost breakdowns and commercial submissions.
• Working knowledge of contractual change management, claims and project cost control.
• Familiarity with E&I and MEP systems, material costing and installation activities is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant estimation tools.
• Good technical report writing and commercial correspondence skills.
