A global leader in marine and infrastructural projects is seeking a Project Engineer (Technical Installation) to work in Abu Dhabi. The role involves designing public lighting and managing cables and pipelines for various projects. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and specialist knowledge in related software. As an Engineer, you make a difference by knowing exactly what the customer needs. As an Engineer for technical installations/cables and pipelines, you design during the tender and execution phases for public lighting, the installation, removal and maintenance of cables and pipelines in the realization of, among other things, (motor)ways, quay walls, bridges, tunnels, container terminals, berths and jetties.
Specifically, this means that you prepare or assess lighting and cable designs and test these against the set requirements. The entire process is digitized, from design to monitoring progress during execution. You will use Civil3D, GIS, ACC, and Relatics software.
